When you register with Allish, you provide us with your name, postal code, delivery and billing addresses, email address, phone number, billing details such as credit card account number and expiration date and bank account number or PayPal account details, birth date (for alcohol orders where available) which considers but not limited to as part of your account registration and order placement process, browse for products or other information, communications with Allish, SMS or in-app chat communications between a Member and Allish Shopper that are made using the Services. Any information that identifies or can be used to identify you is referred to as “Personal Information” as mentioned above. While registering on Allish you are required to a password to your account and the password should be kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized use. While using the Allish Service, you may give us special shopping and delivery instructions, which we store and use to pick and deliver your order to your specifications.

Please note that if you choose not to provide is with information, your ability to use our Services may be limited. You may also choose to provide to Allish the email address of people whom you believe may be interested in becoming a Member – you are responsible for ensuring the submission of these emails are appropriate and permissible. Allish uses your information to provide the Services and to enhance and personalize your shopping experience. What Information Do We Share
The Allish needs to share information about you and your order with others to enable all the Services provided on the platform.

How You May Change or Remove Your Personal Information
You may at any time review and change your personal information stored by Allish by accessing the Account page on the platform or by contacting Customer Service at 551-253-9303. You may also request that Allish permanently remove all personal information stored by Allish at any time by delivering notice requesting such removal in the manner provided in the Allish Terms of Use. Upon such request, Allish will remove all such information and will not thereafter use personally identifiable information about you in any way. Such request will automatically terminate your Allish Service.

Email: At any time, you can opt out of marketing and other emails by following the unsubscribe link provided in emailed offers, newsletters or other messages. You will still receive operational emails such as order confirmation or other service-related emails.

Push Notifications: You may opt-out from receiving push notifications from the Allish mobile application by adjusting the permissions on your mobile device. This opt-out does not apply to in-app notifications.

Geo-Location: A Member may prevent the Member’s mobile device from sharing location data by adjusting the permissions on your mobile device.

Your Information Security
Allish employs administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the user’s information under our control from unauthorized access, loss, altercation, use and disclosure. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for encrypting your information while transmission. Industry standard methods are used to protect your information such as credit or debits card numbers. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

Allish reserves the right to change this policy at any time. If Allish makes a substantial change in the use of your personally identifiable information Allish will notify you in the manner provided in the Allish Terms of Services.
