Can I place my order in advance?
Yes, you can. You just need to select the delivery date and time slot once you add all your favorite items to the cart.
Do you provide any substitute/ alternatives to products in case they are out of stock?
Yes, we do. While you add your favorite items to the cart, you can select the option between- 'replace with best match', 'do not replace' or 'replace with the alternatives of your choice'.
I received a wrong order. What do I do now?
Once you login to your account and click on the name icon, go to 'My orders' where you can select the option of 'raise an issue' regarding a particular order.
